1 Material Steel pipes with seams complying with the manufacturing standards: NBR 6591, DIN 2394, ASTM A17 and ASTM A214.
Hot laminated steel boards complying with the standards ASTM A36 and SAE 1010.
2 Detailing and manufacturing

According to ABNT’s NBR 8800, complemented by specifications of the following Associations:

  • ABNT - Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas
  • AISC - American Institute of Steel Construction
  • ASTM - American Society for Testing and Materials
  • AWS - American Welding Society
  • SSPC - Structural Steel Painting Council
3 Painting The structure is protected with pre-treatment by powder paint electrostatic immersion and application in polyester resin AKZO Nobel MA 004B (or similar), white, with a 60u average application layer.
4 Screws, nuts and washers Protected by fire galvanization.
5 Steel cables 1/4” nominal diameter, 7 legs, 19 wires per leg, with an effective minimum rupture load of 4,100 kg. The steel cables are mounted by gripples and stressed.
