Regulation
Sunlite® , on February 19th, 1998, requested CEUSO (São Paulo City Hall Works and Soil Use Commission) to regulate the shade structures use at uncovered parking lots (Process 1998-0.035.723-8). This request resulted in Resolution/CEUSO/88/98, published in the Municipal Official Journal, São Paulo, 43 (169), on Saturday, September 05th, 1998 - 13, through which the City Hall recognizes the advantages of the Sunlite® shade structures, regulating its use and excluding it from the occupancy rate calculation.
In 1996 Sunlite® developed and introduced in Brazil the “Shading System” concept. A recognized brand as synonym of quality and good services, Sunlite has already installed over 1,000,000 square meters of shade structures throughout the Brazilian territory, for the most diverse market segments.
Sunlite® introduced into the market the shade structures with steel frames and the best coverage materials, such as the unique COLOURSHADE® fabric, the name of the high-density polyethylene fabric constituted of mono filaments and tapes, manufactured in South Africa by the company Multiknit.
With its evolution, growth and vocation to fulfill the market needs, Sunlite® developed the protection system for any type of weather - ALL WEATHER PROTECTION. The used material is the also exclusive DriZ fabric, of PVC and PVC with Teflon. All of them fully impervious.
